Introduction
When we visited Asia for the first time, I was in awe at all of the exotic food. The restaurants and street vendors offered so many different dishes, and it was hard to decide what to try first! We tried dumplings, noodles, noodles with soup broth…and so much more. After trying everything we could on our trip, I can say with confidence that I’m now a connoisseur of Asian cuisine.
We were in Asia for the first time
We were in Asia for the first time. We had never been to Asia before, and it was an exciting experience. We had never seen anything like it before: vibrant colors, strange smells, and unfamiliar foods. But we were excited to see what it was like!
On our first day, we went to a restaurant
Our first day in Asia was a great one. We started by going to a restaurant in the city, which was small but had a lot of customers. The food was very good and cheap, and there was a nice atmosphere. We were the only tourists there!
The food was so delicious!
I had never had anything like the food in Asia. It was delicious and I ate a lot of it!
The first night we went to this restaurant that served duck, which is a type of meat I have never tried before. The second time we went there, my friend ordered some noodles with vegetables on top; it was called Pad Thai (I think). She said it was very good too and she can’t wait to try some more Asian food when we go back home!
I couldn’t get enough of it.
The food in Asia is delicious. I could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner; I could eat it as dessert; I could eat it as a snack; I could even have a midnight snack if I wanted to!
The next day, we went to another restaurant.
The next day, we went to another restaurant. This one was much busier and louder than the first one. It had a lot of tourists in it and the food wasn’t as good either.
We ate dumplings and noodles there.
My first taste of Asia was in a small restaurant in the middle of nowhere. It was not a fancy place, but the food there was delicious and cheap!
The dumplings were so good that I ate them all in one go. They were steamed and served with some kind of sauce on top. The noodles were also delicious; they came in a big bowl with different vegetables inside and tasted like Chinese food should taste like (I don’t know what “Chinese food” actually tastes like, but I imagine it would be similar).
After lunch we decided to explore around our new surroundings before heading back home again – after all, this is why we have come here today: To experience something new!
After lunch, we took a short rest because we were full.
After lunch, we took a short rest because we were full. We had some food left over and didn’t want to waste any of it. We also wanted to save room for dinner later in the day.
We bought some souvenirs for ourselves and our friends back home before heading out again–they’re great souvenirs!
The third day was the most exciting one because of all the street food!
The third day was the most exciting one because of all the street food! The food was delicious and cheap, it was everywhere and a great way to meet new people. I also learned about culture by trying new things like durian or squid on a stick.
I loved my first taste of Asia and would love to return someday!
I really enjoyed my first taste of Asia. The food was delicious and the people were friendly, but what I loved most was how different it felt from life in America. It was like stepping into another world.
I would love to go back someday, but in order for that to happen I’ll need more money! For now all I can do is dream about eating some more pho or trying out some new flavors of sushi (it’s been a while since we’ve had any).
Conclusion
We had a great time in Asia, and I can’t wait to go back again someday.
